नेशनल क्राइम रिकॉर्ड ब्यूरो लास्ट हफ्ते में रिलीज हुई एक रिपोर्ट में साल 2021 में रजिस्टर हुए हर 10 में से मर्डर केस इसमें से एक मर्डर केस इन्हीं लव और क्राइम के इर्द-गिर्द घूमता है और इस रिपोर्ट में बताएं गया पिछले बीते 7 सालों में 28000 से भी ज्यादा फीमेल्स को यानी महिलाओं को उनके पार्टनर्स यानी मेल्स ने आदमी ने मैरिज कोर्स करके करने की वजह से किडनैप किया और 13000 से भी ज्यादा प्यार में धोखा खाने की वजह से खुदकुशी कर ली (Love and Murder Cases)

दोस्तों अगर हम एनसीआरबी हाल ही में इन्होंने जो और रिपोर्ट निकाली है तो पिछले कुछ सालों में देश के अंदर घटित हुए लव रिलेटेड क्राइम्स के पीछे तीन सबसे बड़ा कारण यह है

2 Love Affairs (प्रेम संबंध)
3 Honour killing (रूढ़िवादी सोच)
अगर एनसीबी के द्वारा रिलीज किए गए एक चार्ट पर नजर डालें तो आप पाएंगे कि साल 2014 से साल 2021 के बीच लव रिलेटेड क्राइम्स की यह तीन मुख्य कारण रहे हैं
1. पहले हम बात करेंगे अवैध संबंध ( illicit relationship )के ऊपर,
इनमें से सबसे प्रमुख कारण इलिसिट रिलेशनशिप रहा है दोस्तों इलिसिट रिलेशनशिप किसी महिला या पुरुष ऐसे रिश्ते को कहा जाता है जो किसी देश के कानूनी अ सोसाइटी नियम और कानून के मुताबिक इल्लीगल या अवैध होता है उदाहरण के तौर पर यदि कोई शादीशुदा पति अपने पत्नी के अलावा किसी अन्य महिला से संबंध रखते हैं तो ऐसे रिलेशनशिप को अवैध या इलिसिट रिलेशनशिप कहा जाता है
एनसीआरबी की रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक पिछले कुछ सालों में लव एंड मर्डर में सबसे प्रमुख कारण इलिसिट रिलेशनशिप ही रहा है जहां इसके चलते साल 2021 में 1559 केसेस 2020 में 1588 केसेस 2019 में 1602 केसेस 2018 में 1658 केसे और 2017 में 1738 केसेस देखने को मिले हैं
2. अब हम बात करेंगे इस चरम के दूसरे पहलू को जिसे लव अफेयर्स love affairs कहा गया

3. अब हम बात करेंगे लव एंड मर्डर केस इसके तीसरे चरम पहलू की Honour killing
दोस्तों ऑनर किलिंग हमारे और आपके लिए कोई नया कांसेप्ट नहीं है बल्कि रूढ़िवादी सोच के कारण पैदा होने वाली इस बीमारी से हमारा देश कई सदियों से परेशान है ऑनर किलिंग एक ऐसा ही क्राइम है जिसमें एक परिवार द्वारा अपने ही परिवार के किसी सदस्य को मौत के घाट उतार दिया जाता है लेकिन ऑनर किलिंग के पीछे एक नहीं बल्कि बहुत सारे अलग-अलग कारण जिम्मेदार होते हैं जैसे किसी व्यक्ति का अपने परिवार के नारा रजामंदी के बिना शादी कर लेना यह किसी व्यक्ति का अपने धर्म अपनी गोत्र यह अपने समाज के बाहर के किसी धर्म या गोत्र के किस समाज के व्यक्ति शादी कर लेना इत्यादि
